As part of our installation service at the time we train your IT department to adequately managed the installation base. Where necessary, we provide training support to the end users, both post installation and on an ongoing basis.
As part of our training packages, we offer cyber security awareness training and Microsoft Office 365 productivity training focused to end users.
Support & Services
Servtel Communications provides 3 months post installation support for all projects. The customer is the entitled to go on a SLA or Call Out Support charged on an hourly rate as and when required. Our SLA support covers the entire installation base.
